- Wildlife exemptions will continue, thus continuing the low taxes
- The removal of the Ag exemptions will likely reduce the fair market value of the land, thus likely reducing the taxes on the land
- In assessing fair market value, the appraiser RECOMMENDED dividing the land into 7 large 50 acre tracts which will all qualify for Wildlife Exemptions; therefore the land is not legally divided into tracts as of yet and the these tracts have not been platted ¿ no location has been chose
- Moving forward with these recommendations, 3 of the lots can be built on, the 4 others cannot
- The 3 lots have a 5 acre envelope for building whatever the owner would like to build - the rest of the acreage must be left untouched
- Clearing of brush, etc¿ is considered land maintenance and is acceptable and encouraged in these easements
- Hydrological enhancements (such as building a pond or enhancing the grottoes on the creek) are also encouraged and part of the beautification and maintenance of the land
